William Fry sees growth in banking and technology

Law firm William Fry has appointed two partners in Banking & Finance and Technology, two departments which have continued to grow through the pandemic.
Louise McNabola has been made a partner in Banking & Finance, with David Kirton promoted to partner in Technology. The firm made 10 partner appointments last September and five lateral partner hires in 2020. It now employs over 480 legal and tax professionals at offices in Dublin, Cork, London, New York, San Francisco and Silicon Valley.

Louise McNabola has extensive knowledge and experience in debt finance and financial regulation. She advises Irish and international clients in relation to all aspects of financial regulation.
David Kirton specialises in technology, intellectual property and commercial law, with a focus on the life sciences and online platforms sectors. He also provides strategic advice on the structuring and negotiation of contracts for a wide range of commercial arrangements and transformative technology and outsourcing projects.
